In the news this week |
Construction is underway on a new Costco warehouse at Manning Town Centre, near 153 Avenue and Manning Drive in northeast Edmonton.
The arrival of Costco is set to boost local shopping options, easing traffic and congestion at existing stores for residents of Hollick-Kenyon, Crystallina Nera, and Brintnell.
Industry sources suggest the new warehouse could open as early as August 2026 if construction goes according to plan.
Manning Town Centre, already home to big names like Cabela’s, Canadian Tire, and FreshCo, is fast becoming a major retail hub.
With daily traffic counts topping 43,000 vehicles, the location promises strong customer turnout.
While Costco has yet to confirm the project publicly, local buzz and development plans indicate the store’s arrival is imminent.
Residents are eager for added convenience and new retail choices close to home. Read More... |
