Edmonton will make history as the Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) brings its celebrated Takeover Tour to Rogers Place on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

 

Fans are eagerly awaiting the matchup between the Boston Fleet and the Vancouver Goldeneyes, with puck drop set for 7:30 PM Mountain Time.

 

The tour aims to showcase elite women’s hockey in new markets, reflecting Edmonton’s rising status as a destination for top-tier sporting events.

 

Tickets start at $36, and official channels are open for fans to secure their seats.

 

Leading up to the game, community events, including open practices and autograph sessions, will give fans unique access to players on April 6.

 

Edmonton previously hosted a thrilling overtime PWHL game in December 2025, fueling the city’s growing passion for women’s hockey.

 

This event further cements Edmonton’s commitment to athletic excellence, inclusivity, and the celebration of women in sport.
